Sir Terry Leahy

Sir Terry Leahy read management science at the University of
Manchester Institute of Science and Technology. He started his career as a product manager at the Co-op and joined Tesco as marketing executive in 1979, where he has been ever since. He became marketing manager in 1981, marketing director in 1992, deputy managing director in 1995 and chief executive at the age of forty-one. Sir Terry Leahy has been regularly voted one of Britain's most admired business leaders.
