Feargal Quinn

Feargal Quinn opened his first store in Dundalk at the age of twenty-three, with the idea of specialising in fresh food. With the main focus on customer service, he pioneered in-store bakeries, pizza, pasta and even sausage kitchens and eventually captured 9 per cent of Ireland's grocery market. Feargal Quinn has also pursued a successful political
career as an independent member of the Seanad Éireann, the upper house of the Irish parliament, since 1993.
